The appearance of perovskite antiferroelectrics (AFEs) should be reconsidered since many common characteristics are not understood by current AFE theories. We propose a new Landau phenomenological model to describe the AFE commensurate and incommensurate phases. The modulation of the AFE phase structure related to the temperature is calculated base on the model. Using the phase-field simulation, the AFE domain structure and domain wall morphologies are studied. Our results give insight into the understanding of the observed uncompensated polarization in AFE incommensurate phase [Phys. Rev. Lett. 123.21 (2019)].
